Atlanta, Georgia: The Julia Publishing Company: 2000: 0970193602 / 9780970193605: First Edition: Hard Cover: Near Fine+: No Jacket: SIGNED: A slightly bumped lower corner, otherwise a fine copy. 260-page, illustrated history of the historic antebellum plantation in northwest Georgia, built by wealthy cotton factor and sea merchant Godfrey Barnsley for his wife Julia. Signed and dated by the author on the title page. Placed inside the front cover is an unrelated brochure (Roosevelt's Little White House State Historic Site, also in Georgia). The estate and its history inspired a few novels, including Margaret Mitchell's Gone With the Wind.: 07552:
