No date indicated, but nine editions of this title were published between 1933 and 1935 in German. Minnesingers, in Medieval Germany, were poets who performed a genre of song and lyrics called Minnesang. Manessischen Handschrift refers to the manuscript of illuminated poetry or songs (Codex Manesse) created for the Manesse family, with each illustration depicting a poet.
