University of Texas CAA-WTS publication offering a brief review of the government-sponsored flight training effort between the university and civilian flight operators to train pilots and ground personnel for service in World War II. CAA was Civil Aeronautics Authority (predecessor to the FAA) and WTS was War Training Service. Unpaginated, but 24 pages with numerous photographs of personnel from the university and flying services and students engaged in their activities.
