Souvenir letter card that unfolds accordion-style to reveal five photographs of the S.S. "Mooltan" passenger ship--one of the ship on the water and four interior views. The reverse side is blank for writing a letter to accompany the photos and this letter card contains a partially-written letter about an excursion in Delhi, India. the letter card is remarkably preserved in original condition with some writing and has not been postally used. Mooltan was a British liner built for Eastern and Australia service and sailed from 1923-1954. She was named after a ship that was torpedoed and sunk during World War I, and at 21,000 tons, she was the largest ship designed at the time to pass through the Suez Canal.
