OCLC locates only one copy (not this issue) of this journal (University of Genoa, Italy) and provides the following history of the publication: "The Italian American Review, originally founded by the Italian Historical Society of America (1951), was continued by the Verazzano [sic] Institute at Mercy College, under the leadership of Drs. Thomas E. Vesce and Dorothy Balancio, is now being published by The John D. Calandra Italian American Institute of Queens College, The City University of New York." This issue is from the first volume published during the period that the Verrazzano Institue at Mercy College was the publisher.
