All three volumes have some wear to the covers and some foxing to the endpapers. Volume One has some tiny spots on the fore-edge and Volume Three has some splitting starting along the front cover joint. Binding for all three volumes is still tight and square. The set has more than 1,000 illustrations, 50 color plates, and 13 color strips.
