No indication of publisher and date, just the 13-page address inside the stapled covers. 5 X 7 inches. Possibly published later in the year of the address (1899) by the Church Club of Louisiana. H.R. Carson, the chaplain, served in the Spanish-American War, but did not see action in Cuba.
