(Anderson) Boston of Baltimore to Simons and Siegel, a Charleston, South Carolina law firm. The handwritten, signed letter is dated August 3, 1888 and serves notice that a Mr. F.G. Behre's proposition is withdrawn for want of a reply to Mr. Boston's previous letters to the firm concerning the matter.
